Job Descriptions:
- To achieve and provide quality service and total logistics solutions to our valued customers.
- Promote excellent customer service and ensure satisfaction is delivered consistently.
- Complete bookings with carriers and submission of shipment instructions with great accuracy.
- Build a strong relationship with customers with confidence.
- Communicate with superiors to improve departmental processes.
- Perform any other tasks as and when assigned by superior.
Requirements:
- Preferably a Degree or Diploma holder in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or any related discipline.
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in the logistics and transportation industry.
- Able to work as a team player, self-motivated, and has a high sense of responsibility.
- Versatile team player with strong self-discipline.
- Enthusiastic, motivated and possess a ‘Can Do’ attitude.
- Able to work in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
- Good listener with excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Job Descriptions:
- Monitoring and tracking daily deliveries and collection containers;
- Updating the delivery and collection status in haulage system and alert Drivers on their timely delivery and collection schedule;
- Assist any other task assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- SPM/Diploma;
- At least 1-2 years working experience in logistic industries;
- Shift working hours;
- Computer skills.
Job Descriptions:
- To ensure smooth operation of logistic activities;
- Plan a daily schedule for our drivers. Coordinate and monitor truck/driver’s movement daily;
- Follow up with our drivers and get status updates of collection/delivery/distribution that is done;
- To monitor the GPS to know where/when the driver is and how long it takes for each collection/delivery/distribution;
- To coordinate with Mechanic for lorry inspection/service/breakdown;
- Make sure our drivers and mechanics complete the Daily Lorry/Driver’s Checklist before a trip;
- To provide diesel usage at the end of the month and submit to the Finance Department;
- Prepare preliminary accident report upon notification; gather relevant information and supporting documents for submission to HSE for further investigation/action. Monitor the attendance of lorry drivers every day;
- Explain the operation procedures and workflow to newly recruited drivers.
Requirements:

Job Descriptions:
- Plan, implement, and enforce company HSEQ policies and procedures;
- Promote development of safety culture within the organizations;
- To ensure compliance of statutory requirements to OSHA, FMA, Fire Services Act, and other applicable regulations;
- Plan, implement & perform periodical & ad-hoc workplace safety, audit, risk assessment, and inspection of buildings, workshops, and other facilities to detect any existing or potential accident and safety hazard management;
- Plan & implement program to promote safety awareness among all levels of employees including awareness program/briefing safety work practices, guidelines, training programs, consultation, and established safety practices;
- Plan, prepare, and consolidate annual budgeting plan for safety program & initiative and HSEQ management.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering in any major or related field;
- Attended SHO Course, Certified by DOSH as Safety & Health Officer is preferred;
- Experience more than 3 years experience in HSE Management Systems.
Kriteria:
- Had umur: 25 tahun hingga 45 tahun.
- Berketrampilan matang dan bertanggungjawab terhadap aspek keselamatan.
- Boleh bertutur, mengira, menulis dan membaca dengan baik dalam Bahasa Malaysia.
- Body Mass Idex (BMI) mesti di bawah 35.
- Tidak mempunyai penyakit yang serius yang boleh membahayakan orang lain ketika berkerja.
- Mempunyai pengalaman mengendali kontena
- Mempunyai lesen memandu yang sah untuk kelas E bersendi.
- Tiada rekod polis dan saman trafik.
- Pengalaman memandu (Bersendi) & Tidak Bersendi minima 3 tahun pengalaman.
